Children’s Factory, LLC may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any portion of the product that proves to be defective under the terms of this limited warranty at no additional cost to the buyer. Children’s Factory, LLC is liable under this limited warranty only for the cost of replacement or cost of replacement parts of defective products.

Labor costs associated with repairs or replacements are not covered. All incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded, including but not limited to: lost profits, personal property damage and third-party liabilities. Additionally, Children’s Factory, LLC, is not responsible for any damage to customer property caused by product incompatibility with flooring or other surfaces.

Limited Lifetime Warranty – Children’s Factory, LLC will repair or replace any Children’s Factory® brand product or component that is substantially defective (loss of serviceability) in material or workmanship. At our discretion, we may also issue credit up to the invoice price of the product. This is the sole and exclusive remedy for products found by Children’s Factory® to be defective. This warranty, which begins on the date of shipment, is subject to the following limitations, exclusions, and provisions.

Learning Carpets® Rugs – Children’s Factory, LLC has a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Learning Carpets® Rugs.  Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or maintenance, pets, tears, spills, cuts, pilling, shredding, matting, crushing or burns are not manufacturing defects and are therefore excluded from the warranty coverage.  Please review cleaning instructions carefully prior to caring for your carpet.

Bean Bag Warranty  – Children’s Factory® bean bags are designed for comfort, durability, and everyday enjoyment, but like all well-loved seating, they may show signs of use over time. To ensure your satisfaction, we proudly stand behind our products with the following warranty:

• Covers are backed by a 2-year limited warranty that protects against defects
  in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Polystyrene beans are warrantied for 60 days from the date of purchase.
  While flattening is a natural result of use, our bean bags are filled with a scientifically
  measured amount of beans to provide optimal comfort and support.

Product Usage & Warranty Conditions – Children’s Factory, LLC products (unless specifically designated for outdoor use)
are not intended or warranted for outdoor storage. Additionally, natural color variations occurring in plastics, laminates,
paints, and other materials are inherent to their character and are not considered defects. As such, Children’s Factory,
LLC does not guarantee colorfastness, nor does it warrant the exact matching of colors, grains, or textures in these materials.

• Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with provided instructions and warnings.
• Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from us or an authorized retail partner.
• Damage incurred during transit (which will be handled under separate terms).
• Defects caused by abusive or abnormal use of the product.
• Normal wear and tear expected over the course of ownership.
• Modifications or attachments to the product.
