How do I sign up for an account?
Click Orders & Sign In at the top of the page, then Create an Account. A few clicks and you’re in; it’s easier than assembling a toy kitchen (that isn’t ours of course!)

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Absolutely! Email sales@childrensfactory.com and we’ll work out the details. Bigger orders, bigger smiles.

Can I use a purchase order (PO)?
Yes! Just include your PO number in the notes section at checkout if you’re not a dealer. Easy peasy.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, in applicable states. We love math, but we keep it simple.

What if I’m exempt from paying sales tax?
Just check the tax-exempt box and upload your exemption certificate.

Some of our products come with a registration card. This helps us contact you only if there’s an important safety notice (no spam; we promise!). You can also register online using our [registration form].

You can order repair kits straight from our website.
Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We aim for happy customers! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Simply contact us or your dealer and we’ll work together to make it right. Your peace of mind matters to us.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! We’re on it. Please report the damage to us or your dealer within 24 hours and include a quick photo if you can (a picture is worth a thousand emails). We’ll work fast to make it right.
