We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Learning Products and T.L. Clark, Inc.  Learning Products and T.L. Clark is a manufacturer of high quality plastic products, trikes, and Canada, LTD.  The Canadian company will do business as Children’s Factory Canada LTD and distribute a combined product offering to the Canadian marketplace.

We are excited about the addition of Learning Products and T.L. Clark to the family of Children’s Factory product lines.  This partnership provides many opportunities to support the company’s long term growth while also adding to our strategic plan to better serve the early childhood market.  The transitions of all domestic operations to Children’s Factory will begin immediately and is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
